Hi! I'm Allison - fitness instructor & digital creative on a mission to help others live a healthy, inspired, & purpose-filled life. Longing for human connection but tired of spending my weekends (and money!) at bars & brunches, I founded this community as a means to connect with like-minded friends looking to socialize in healthy and productive ways.

I still love a dirty martini and believe true wellness extends beyond what's on our plates or in our glass. But, my goal with Salud is to create spaces & experiences that re-define what it means to have a 'healthy social life.'
